Chef-ish here! Let's cook!

I’ve always helped cook in my family. It was an easy way to feel involved. Eventually, I became the friend cooking for everyone who came over for games or movies.

During COVID, I started taking cooking classes and practicing at every meal. I brought that drive into professional kitchens, working my way from prep cook to the line, then into head chef and general manager roles.

That’s where Chef-ish comes from: industry experience, a lot of self-directed learning, and the joy of feeding people.

Now I want to give you the chance to have as much fun making, serving, and eating food as I do.
